The Mathebula family of 3 orphaned children had their house mysteriously burned down in a tragic incident where they lost everything. Their request was presented to Laduma Hardware Giyani requesting for any assistance to help in bringing back the dignity of the children by providing the basic need, providing a home and shelter for them. The ward Counsellor, K.O Maswanganyi confirmed that indeed that the family were in dire need for help and was in full support that help be afforded the Mathebula family.
Laduma Hardware Giyani took it upon themselves to assess the need and took a decision to donate roofing material. On the 8th September 2022, some staff members from Laduma Hardware Giyani, delivered roofing material to the Mathebula family in Dzingidzingi to push the project towards completion.
This is another way that we as Laduma Hardware demonstrate that we are a business with a heart and we care about the communities that we serve.
