Laduma Hardware is currently looking to fill up a vacant position of a Marketing Coordinator, to be based at the Head Office in Rocky’s Drift, White River.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

1. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
2. Assist in the organising of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success.
3. Be a Creative, who is ever willing to make input to content of the marketing ideas, materials and collateral.
4. In close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, be the brand custodian. Ensure that various aspects of the brand are in line with the Corporate Identity manual.
5. Contribute towards the production of promotional materials in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Ability to use digital marketing skills to effectively communicate with target audience
7. Capture events through photography, share the stories through various platforms and archive them accordingly for future references.
8. Undertake any other marketing and communications related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Required Education:

1. At least a Diploma in Marketing from a recognised or registered institution and must have an understanding of fundamental marketing principles.
2. Proficiency in MS Office

Required Skills:

1. A deadline driven individuals with excellent project management skills, who is ever willing to learn and do. Hardworking individual, and highly versatile to adapt to the different working environments that Marketers are exposed to.
2. Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
3. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally or writing) with different stakeholders
(staff, customers, management, suppliers).
4. Ability to think critically and take necessary decisions at his or her level.
5. Driver’s licence and must be willing to drive extensively.
