☑️10 years of experience as Factory Manager in steel / fabrication industry

☑️Good understanding about production machinery and its service & repairs

☑️Oversee all aspects of the steel manufacturing process, planning, scheduling, quality control & raw material arrangement

☑️Ability to Manage a team of staffs up to 50 numbers

☑️Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste

☑️Understanding about factory labour guidelines & safety procedures

☑️Strong computer skills
