3rd Car Competition Draw for 2024/25 held at Lebowakgomo Laduma Hardware
The long-awaited Car Competition Draw finally arrived for our Lebowakgomo customers on 1st February 2025! Since the start of this thrilling campaign, no customer from Laduma Hardware Lebowakgomo had ever won a brand-new car—until now! This excitement has driven more and more customers to participate, making the event even more special.
The well-organized event was graced by esteemed guests, including Colonel Kekana from the South African Police Service (Lebowakgomo Police Station), representatives from the Ledwaba Ndlovu Tribal Council, and several of our valued suppliers, such as PPC Cement, Saint Gobain, Africa Tanks, Lin Tanks, Matus, X Value, Tile Magic, O’Grady’s Paints, Golden Choice; just to mention but a few. Suppliers made the day even more exciting by gifting customers with promotional items like caps, tape measures, water bottles, aprons, T-shirts, and more!
Mphahlele FM broadcasted the event live, ensuring the entire community could be part of the excitement! Our energetic Programme Directors, Moreen Monashane (Driekop Branch Manager) and Washington Mpapa (Host & Lebowakgomo Branch Manager), kept the audience entertained with engaging games and activities. Customers, young and old, participated in challenges that tested their listening skills, concentration levels, and even their fitness levels. From goal-scoring to ring tosses, the crowd was fully engaged!
Adding a cultural flair to the event, the Baagishane Traditional Dancers gave a vibrant performance in their stunning Pedi attire, while our Gumba Gumba DJs kept the energy high with music that got everyone moving!

The tension was high as the VIPs from the Ledwaba Ndlovu Traditional Council ensured a fair draw by transferring all competition entries into a transparent spin wheel. Then, the moment of truth arrived!
Colonel Kekana had the honor of drawing the winner… and the lucky customer taking home a brand-new Toyota Vitz was selected…

The crowd erupted with excitement, as Debeila is a well-known and loyal customer of Laduma Hardware Lebowakgomo! What a fantastic moment!
